Premier League round-up: QPR shock rivals Chelsea

Queens Park Rangers claimed only their second win since Harry Redknapp’s arrival as they beat west London rivals Chelsea 1-0 at Stamford Bridge.

In the second period the Blues had opportunities through Lampard, Fernando Torres and David Luiz but it was their embattled neighbours who broke the deadlock and held out to win.

 

Adel Taarabt flicked the ball to Wright-Phillips and from 20-yards he drilled a low strike beyond the outstretched arm of Ross Turnbull.
